Hi, I’m Adriana

ayurveda health counselor

For years, I struggled with chronic fatigue, digestive issues, anxiety, and symptoms that never seemed to have clear answers. When Western medicine no longer had answers, I realized I needed to stop searching for another quick fix and start listening to what my body had been trying to tell me.

That's what led me to Ayurveda.

Then I became a mother.

Motherhood didn't change what I believed; it reinforced it.

The time, space, and energy I once took for granted suddenly felt precious. I realized that the smallest daily rituals weren’t just "nice to have"; they were the very things that kept me grounded when life felt too loud and overwhelming.

That's why I created Rooted Rituals.

I am not here to have mothers do more. I am here to help them build simple rhythms that support them through one of the most demanding and beautiful seasons of life.

I believe every mother deserves support.

And I'd be honored to help you create a way of living that feels realistic, supportive, and uniquely your own.

What this work is really about

No two motherhood journeys are the same, and they should be treated as such.

This work isn't about creating the perfect morning routine. It's not about following more rules.

And it's definitely not about becoming a different person.

It's about waking up with a little more energy.

Eating meals consistently.

Sleeping more deeply.

Feeling less overwhelmed by everyday challenges.

Creating rituals that support you instead of routines you constantly feel like you're failing to maintain.

Most importantly, it's about moving through life with more
steadiness, self-compassion, and trust.
