Tired But Wired
You're Exhausted... So Why Can't You Sleep?
A free short audio conversation Exploring why so many mothers feel exhausted all day yet can't seem to switch off at night, and how simple Ayurvedic shifts can help your body find its way back to rest.
Can we talk about motherhood for a minute?
There's something so magical about becoming a mother.
It fills your days with belly laughs, sticky hands, bedtime snuggles,
and little voices calling, "Mama."
It's also one of the biggest changes your body, mind,
and heart will ever experience.
Becoming a mother is one of the greatest joys of my life.
It has also been one of the hardest.
Both can be true.
There are days I love my child more than anything, but I can't remember the last time I sat down and finished a warm cup of coffee.
Sometimes it feels like my head is racing while the rest of my body is
simply trying to keep up.
I crawl into bed, completely exhausted... and my brain suddenly remembers everything I forgot to do.
oh, the joys of motherhoodThe truth is, most sleep advice wasn't created for mothers.
It assumes you have uninterrupted evenings, endless energy, and plenty of time to meditate, journal, stretch, and turn your bedroom into a spa.
You don’t need to TRY HARDER.
Maybe you have just been given advice that was never made
for your body and lifestyle.
Does Any of This Sound Familiar?
You've bought the magnesium, hoping this will finally be the thing that helps.
You've made yourself the sleepy tea before bed.
You've tried the supplements everyone recommends.
You've dragged yourself to the HIIT workout because someone said it would boost your energy.
None of those things are bad.
But if you've spent your entire day rushing, caring for everyone else, eating dinner at 8:00 p.m., and never giving your nervous system a chance to slow down... it's no wonder your brain doesn't know how to switch off when your head hits the pillow.
Instead of asking, "How do I fall asleep?" we ask, "What happened during the rest of your day?"
And that changes everything. Here's what I discuss in this audioThis isn't another list of bedtime hacks.
I don’t tell you to meditate for 30 minutes or give you an evening routine that only works if you don't have children.
Instead, I talk about why so many mothers feel exhausted all day yet can't fall asleep when they finally have the chance.
I share the Ayurvedic lens and explore why our nervous system may be asking for something very different than another supplement.
Why your body struggles to settle after spending the entire day responding to everyone else's needs, why what you are doing during the day matters more than you think, and why the smallest changes often create the biggest shifts.
Most importantly, I hope you'll leave feeling less frustrated and more understood.

Hi, I'm Adriana.
your ayurveda health counselorI know what it's like to lie in bed completely exhausted while your mind refuses to slow down.
Long before I became a mother, I was searching for answers to my own health struggles. Ayurveda helped me understand my body in a completely different way, and those same principles continue to support me through motherhood today.
Now, I help mothers who ask me the very same questions I once asked myself:
"Why am I so tired?"
"Why can't I shut my brain off at night?"
And this conversation is where we begin.
