Hi, I’m Adriana

I am so honored you're here

A little about me..

❋ Wife to my husband of 10 years & Mama to one adventurous three-year-old
❋ Barefoot whenever possible
❋ Coffee in the morning sunshine, tea under the moon
❋ Believer that simple rituals change everything
❋ Always questioning the "normal" way of doing things
❋ Happiest outside, preferably near a garden, lush forest or body of water
❋ Crafter and constant user of hands

I'm the kind of person who asks about your sleep before your supplements. Your kitchen before your grocery list. Your mornings before your medications.

And just so you're prepared... I will ask about your poop. (Yes, we go there.)

I've learned that our bodies don't exist in isolation. They're constantly responding to how we eat, move, rest, think, and live. That's why I don't believe in one-size-fits-all wellness.

For years, I was searching for someone to fix me. What I really needed was someone to help me understand my body and what it had been trying to tell me all along.

Today, I help women do the same. We don't chase perfection around here or add another impossible routine to your day. We focus on simple rituals that fit into real life and support the season you're in, right now, as you are.

I believe we've made wellness far more complicated than it needs to be, and I am not here to perform.

Sometimes the smallest rituals are the ones that change us the most. And I believe every woman deserves to feel heard before she's handed another solution.

P.S. If you ever come over, there's a good chance I'll ask you to take your shoes off and walk barefoot in the grass with me.

Why Ayurveda?

a different way to think about health

Ayurveda is an ancient system of medicine practiced for thousands of years, but what drew me to it wasn't its age. It was how it looked at my whole life, not just my symptoms. Instead of asking, "What's wrong with you?" Ayurveda asks, "What's happening in your life?" It considers how you sleep, eat, move, digest, manage stress, and even how you experience the changing seasons. None of those things exist separately.

Ayurveda is often translated as "the science of life," but I've always thought of it as the art of living well.

The word ayu means life, and veda means knowledge or wisdom.

One of the things I love most about Ayurveda is that it reminds us our bodies aren't machines to fix, they're living ecosystems. They respond to the food we eat, the thoughts we think, the people we spend time with, and the rhythms of our everyday lives. The goal isn't to follow a perfect routine or become someone you're not. It's to understand what helps your body thrive.

Not as a list of rules, but as a way of paying attention. My role isn't to fix you. It's to help you understand your body a little better, trust what it's telling you, and create simple rituals that support the life you're living right now.

That's the philosophy behind everything I offer at Rooted Rituals.
