72-Hour Digestion Reset

A gentle three-day reset to simplify your meals and give your digestion a break.

You don't necessarily need another cleanse. You might just need three days of eating a little more simply.

Maybe you've been feeling heavy, bloated, sluggish, scattered, or just... off.

Maybe you've been eating whatever you can grab between school pickup and bedtime and realizing your body is starting to notice.

Or maybe you don't have anything "wrong" with you at all. You just feel like you need a reset.

I get it.

Motherhood doesn't always leave much room for leisurely meals, perfectly planned menus, or sitting down to eat while your food is still warm. And this isn't about adding another complicated wellness routine to your already-full life.

This isn't a juice cleanse. You're not going to survive on lemon water and willpower for three days. And I'm certainly not going to ask you to cook twelve different Ayurvedic recipes while your children are asking what's for dinner.

This is a simple, warm, nourishing three-day reset inspired by Ayurvedic principles and designed to fit into real motherhood.

The goal is simple: Less stimulation. More nourishment. A little more rhythm.

So, what is an Ayurvedic digestive reset?

In Ayurveda, digestion is considered an important foundation for overall well-being. When digestion is supported, the body has a better opportunity to receive nourishment, eliminate waste, and maintain steady energy. That doesn't mean you need to spend your life thinking about your digestion. (At least not like I do.) But sometimes the body benefits from a little simplicity.

So for three days, we're going to go back to the basics.

Think:

  • warm, cooked foods

  • simple meals that are easier to digest

  • regular mealtimes

  • warm fluids

  • gentle movement

  • a little less stimulation

Just a chance to slow things down and pay attention to how your body responds. Nothing extreme or complicated.

Think simple…think basic…think "I can actually do this while raising children."

Why a three-day reset?

You don't need to completely overhaul your diet or your life to start feeling more connected to your body. Sometimes just a short period of simplicity is enough to help you notice what's been going on.

Maybe you notice that you feel lighter after meals? Maybe your appetite feels more consistent? Maybe you're less interested in grazing all afternoon? Maybe you realize how much better you feel when you actually sit down and eat a warm meal instead of finishing your child's leftovers while standing at the kitchen counter… is this not a normal occurrence?

The goal is never perfection (not a word in my personal dictionary). The goal is observation.

I want you to ask… What feels good? What doesn't? What does my body seem to be asking for?

That's where the real value of a reset begins.

Before You Begin

For three days, we're going to simplify. Easy peasy does it.

Think warm, cooked, easy-to-digest meals, plenty of warm fluids, consistent mealtimes, and fewer things competing for your attention.

You don't need to eat perfectly. And please don't throw away all the food in your refrigerator because you decided to cleanse on Tuesday morning. We are not doing that!

Ready to try it?

I've put the entire 72-Hour Digestion Reset into a simple guide so you don't have to figure out what to eat or what to do each day.

Inside, you'll get the three-day plan with a super simple structure.

It's designed to make life easier and simpler for you.

And remember, Mama: you don't need to completely overhaul your life to feel better. Sometimes your body is simply asking for a little less noise, a little more nourishment, and a little consistency.

Start there.
